A permanent supporter tile wall marking 150 years.
To celebrate its 150th anniversary, Warrington Wolves launched a personalised supporter tile scheme at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, giving supporters the opportunity to secure a permanent place at the club’s home.

The Challenge
With the first phase needing to be completed ahead of kick-off -opening night provided a natural reveal moment for phase one of the scheme.
The club needed:
- An installation that felt worthy of its 150-year history.
- Premium materials built to last… not just for seasons, but for decades.
- A reliable way to manage thousands of personalised inscriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A smooth and easy ordering journey that fans could trust.
- A trusted delivery partner who truly understands how important fan projects are to clubs and their supporters.
The Solution
Intaglio delivered the 150 Year Anniversary Wall as a structured personalised tile programme. The 150 Year Anniversary Wall forms part of the stadium environment and grew to encompass two phases of plaques as supporter demand exceeded available space in phase one. The first phase of tiles was unveiled ahead of the 2026 Super League season opener, giving supporters their first opportunity to see their messages installed. The second phase was finalised and launched to supporters in July 2026.

A design worthy of 150 year celebrations
The 150 Year Anniversary Wall forms part of the stadium environment and grew to incorporate two phases as demand exceeded space available in the first phase of sale.

Accuracy at scale
Every inscription was checked, engraved and quality inspected. It may be a large-scale project with thousands of pieces, but every tile represents a personal story, so we treat every tile with the care
and respect it deserves.

A stress-free fan journey
A dedicated online platform allowed fans to personalise their tile with a name, dedication or message. Replica keepsakes are also available. Intaglio manages production, installation and supporter fulfilment,
ensuring each tile is engraved and positioned accurately.

Seamless collaboration
We worked directly with architects, contractors and club departments to ensure installation aligned perfectly.

Built to grow
Tiles were produced and installed ahead of the 2026 season opener, with an additional phase to meet demand from supporters unveiled in advance of the home match against Hull KR in July 2026.
The Results
The first phase of the wall was unveiled in time for the opening match of the 2026 Betfred Super League season against St Helens RFC on 13 February 2026, closely followed by a second phase in July 2026, launched on the day of the Wolves v Hull KR fixture. The installation now forms part of the matchday experience at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, encouraging fans and visitors to arrive early and immerse themselves in the stories and tributes featured on the wall.
Results at a glance:
- A beautiful new landmark that celebrates Wolve’s 150-year story and anchors fan pride in a permanent place at Halliwell Jones Stadium.
- 1000+ stones sold, generating strong incremental revenue for the club.
- A show-stopping anniversary wall designed to remain crisp, readable and impressive for decades to come.
- A smooth supporter experience with minimal demand on Wolve’s internal teams.
- A place for fans to make a mark at their club’s home ground and be part of something special.
- A future-proofed, scalable programme, proven by a second phase of tile sales.
Fans already see it as a place of belonging – and that’s the real win.
