A lasting monument celebrating six legendary Nottinghamshire cricketers throughout the club’s rich and extensive history

Intaglio Creative is proud to unveil ‘The Legends’ Wall‘ at Trent Bridge. The personalised scheme provides members and supporters the opportunity to commemorate their own connection to the club and secure a permanent place at one of cricket’s most historic venues.
Located at the rear of the Radcliffe Road Stand, the scheme features individually engraved stones, each carrying a personalised message, surrounding feature stones honouring fan-chosen legends of Nottinghamshire.
The first phase of the installation was completed in September 2026 in advance of the last fixture at Trent Bridge, the Rothesay County Championship.

The Challenge

The club wanted to develop a new permanent fan-engagement feature at Trent Bridge, celebrating the people who have shaped the club’s illustrious history and offer their supporters the chance to be a part of it in a lasting way.

The club needed:

  • An on-brand installation that was worthy of honouring the club’s legendary players
  • A scheme with high-quality premium materials, built to last
  • A mechanic to involve their supporters in selecting club legends from a shortlist for inclusion within the scheme
  • The opportunity to give their members and supporters a way to honour family and friends, or celebrate their passion for everything that Trent Bridge means to them, all in a lasting way
  • To offer a choice of stone size, style and price points to suit different budgets and messages whilst being on brand and reflecting the club’s historic colours
  • The first phase of installation to be completed before the end of the 2026 season

The Solution

Intaglio worked closely with the club and their internal teams to ensure the successful design and execution of a legend-worthy installation scheme, honouring stalwart figures of the game, whilst offering their supporters a chance to be a part of this permanent celebration.

A design worthy of legends

Legendary players chosen by the club and fans were developed into unique centrepiece stones highlighting their stats and achievements, these formed the centre points which the engraved supporter stones would sit around.

Built to grow

An additional phase is planned which will feature a second wall to meet the demand following sales from the first phase. This will feature a further legend player centrepiece stones, fans will have the chance to get involved and have their say to see which legendary players will be featured on the wall.

A stone for every supporter

A tiered approach to stone size and style with entry level pricing ensures every supporter can leave their message of tribute, whether honouring the club, players or family and friends.

Intaglio have been a pleasure to work with on the Trent Bridge Legends' Wall project. They were hugely co-operative as we devised our plans for the wall and have handled the ordering and purchase process brilliantly with our members and supporters. When the first bricks arrived for installation, we were blown away by the quality of the craftsmanship, and the wall is already becoming a hugely popular attraction with our visitors.
