Armoury Square – Where it all Began.

This is where it started for us, our personalisation project for Armoury Square that saw us producing over 18,000 personalised plaques for the club. We helped transform the area outside the Armoury Store at Emirates Stadium, with personalised stones as part of a wider Arsenalisation project.

To have a bench with my name on at Emirates stadium, and be surrounded by all these wonderful and dedicated supporters, what more could I ask for?

We created the system that allowed many thousands of Arsenal supporters to purchase a stone, and select the message they would like to have engraved onto their granite stone. Which saw our customer service team administering over 18,000 orders, and our installation team taking these messages of birthdays, anniversaries and family memories and even eight marriage proposals to be set in stone as a lasting legacy at the club.

Plus, as part of the project our design team created 11 legends benches to act as a permanent celebration within this space and create a real focal point at the club.

Our players, supporters and staff are immensely proud of Emirates Stadium, and by taking steps to illustrate and celebrate our rich history, we cement its place as not only the best stadium in the country but, more importantly, our home.

We wanted the fans to have their space, where they can have their own personal messages and be a permanent part of the stadium. The interest for Armoury Square has been incredible. As a consequence, we’ve had to expand the project further than we initially envisaged.
